How do I become an author on Turning the Tide?
Please use the Sign Up for Turning the Tide page to register. You must have a WordPress account, but we appreciate any help you would be able to add. If your form is approved, an email will be sent to you to accept. This may take a few days. Afterwards, you should have the abilities of an author.
Why is my post not showing up?
Your post has likely not been approved. Every post must be read and checked before it is posted.
Why can I not add images?
Since the moderator system we have right now is based on the contributor role, images are not able to be added by contributors; however, please use these steps if you would like to include images in your post!
- Send us an email at turningthetideproject@gmail.com with your images. Please have the subject read “Media: [Your Post Title]”.
- Please send in your post. Your post should note where you want your image(s) to be.
- We will save your photos and embed them into the post, removing any notes you had to add.
